Personal
Tremaine GMAC Real Estate was founded in the basement of my family home in 1988, over 20 years ago. My mother, Mary Ann Tremaine, built the company with honesty and integrity one home at a time. Now, my brother John, Mary Ann and I manage over 300 listings and 35 agents.

Tremaine GMAC Real Estate coined the term "waterfront specialist". We sell more waterfront property than any other company. Tremaine GMAC Real Estate is also proud of our sales record for luxury or elegant homes.
